The Castle - life in a late medieval castle

The first tour introduces the historical and architectural development of Švihov Castle, presenting its ceremonial rooms, which show the life of the nobility at a noble residence in the 16th century. The tour begins in the Red bastion, continues through the Entrance hall to the Banquet hall and the Bedchamber of the Lady, then to the Castle´s chapel, Dance hall and finishes in the Armoury with an exposition of numerous kinds of firearms and cold weapons.
